WAKE UP WITH PILATES! Sessions at 6.30 am

Spring has Sprung! It is time to abandon the cocoon of your bed covers and start the day with mind/body boost.

An early morning Pilates session can lead to clearer thinking and and increased energy levels during daytime activities, as well as setting your posture before a day at the computer desk.

We are offering sessions from 6.30am onwards Monday to Thursday, on a 1:1 or small group basis. Come on your own, or with a friend/other half and share the feel-good feeling!
